As an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm we take great care when working with surfaces or environments that may contain lead. We are licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Labor Standards as a Lead-Safe Renovation Contractor.
If your house was built before 1978, it may contain lead paint that can be harmful to the residents. A licensed lead-paint renovation contractor will have the knowledge and tools to perform lead-safe renovations, remodeling, and repairs on the house.
